RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. We hope that you are always satisfied with your all purchases made on zanya.in, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition.
Please review the information below.
- Returns must be made within 10 days of your receipt date.
- Products must be in its original and unused condition.
- We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
- Please mention the reason for return of your product/s on the front side of your packing slip.
- Please mail/courier your product to: Zanya Wellness Private Ltd, 02 Sai Sagar, Sai Baba Complex, Mohan Gokhale Rd, Goregaon East, Mumbai-400063.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged products
- Please make sure to save the receipt/purchase proof as refund will be issued only once our office confirms receipt of the returned product.
- We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages during transits.
- All returns will be credited to the original payment source used at the time of purchase.
- Returns will be processed within 03 (three) weeks of our office receiving your item.
- Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
- Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
Only items purchased on zanya.co.in may be accepted for a return. Please contact customer service with any questions by email at email@example.com or by phone at +91 9819087297 (Monday to Saturday 11 am – 7:30 pm). Please Note: Empty containers will not be accepted for refund.
We are happy to exchange any item/product that is defective, damaged or unused. If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.
- Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt. On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.
- If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information.
- The responsibility of return shipping and handling charges will not be borne by Zanya Wellness Pvt Ltd.
